Return & Refund Policy

At Urban Sutra, customer satisfaction is our priority.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different products.
• Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging, with tags/accessories where applicable.
• To request a return or refund, email us at anujjsharma324@gmail.com with your order number and photos/videos of the product.
• Once the return is approved and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Customized, used, damaged-by-customer, or marked non-returnable products may not be eligible for return.
